After academic studies, we learnt about warehouses layout and cost improvements, production lines programming, demand forecasting, downstream commercial strategies, logistics and storage, multi-category plant cost allocation, plan and budget development, rolling estimate revision, monthly closing, precision marketing strategies and its new challenges, RGM, scalable reporting structures’ needs, etc.

 Along the journey, we found that data was the lymphatic system of companies, an interesting area of knowledge to be developed. We, then, studied the language of Microsoft Suite Tools, cheap and complete as they are, to add value to those processes that occur and interrelate with each other, so we could learn the capabilities to add value, contribute to a more efficient way of working and guide purpose-driven efforts towards profit and performance.
